​Inner Hope has two life skills programs one for youth and one for young adults: 

Boundless

​Boundless is a Life Skills program that matches youth aged 13-18 with a one-on-one mentor. Personalized goals, workshops, and weekly meetings help youth develop the skills needed to live a healthy life and pursue their dreams.

Post Secondary

Post Secondary assists young adults aged 19-24 in their transition from high-school to adulthood. Through practical and emotional support young adults are empowered to pursue education, job training and meaningful employment.
