COMMUNITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Inner Hope is built on authentic, mutually transformative relationships. In order to respond to critical community needs and develop effective programs, we believe that we need to seek direction and guidance from community members themselves. We want to make sure that our strategic plans are based on real input from those we serve, rather than only our ideas of what is best or most effective. To this end, a Community Advisory Committee was launched in May 2011.
Inner Hope’s Community Advisory Committee is a group of youth and young adults in our programs, parents of youth, and a board representative. The committee, led by Executive Director Jenny Shantz, strives to meet quarterly to address questions and provide input for Inner Hope’s programs and future plans. |
