Life Skills

Current Session: July – September 2011

Ages: 15-18 or 19-24 with children

Cost: $20 per 3-month session or 2 hours volunteering

The Boundless Hope Life Skills Program program is for youth who are serious about moving forward and making positive changes in their lives. Youth are expected to complete two 3 month sessions in a year.  Each participant is matched with a “one-to-one” mentor who meets with them weekly to help youth gain the skills they need to thrive in life. The four components of the Boundless Hope Life Skills Program include:

  • Household Skills (cooking, cleaning, menu planning … )
  • Education and Employment (high-school completion, ID, driver license…)
  • Personal Skills (budgeting, time management…)
  • Relationship Skills (communication skills, anger management…)
