Inner Hope

Got an old couch taking up room in your garage? A pair of skis that have been sitting in your back shed for years? Well, you’re in luck!

Help support the work of Inner Hope by letting us sell the stuff that has been lying around your house for years but that you haven’t had a chance to deal with. Not only is this an excellent opportunity to do a bit of fall cleanup, but its also a different and exciting way to support Inner Hope’s ministry with youth in East Vancouver.

What is it?

The Craigslist Fundraiser supports Inner Hope by your donation of items of value. Simply look around your house, attic, or garage for items that you would be willing to donate. Because Craigslist reaches a wider audience than say, a yard sale, this is a great way to sell large items (like furniture or vehicles) or specialty items (like musical instruments, jewelry or event tickets). Once you locate the items you’d like to donate, fill out our straightforward “Donation Form” (available in online form, below) and we’ll take care of the rest!

How does it work?

Our Craigslist coordinator will use your completed donation form to post the item to Craigslist. Once the coordinator confirms a buyer, you will be contacted to arrange a time for pick up of the item. When your donated item is sold, that money will then be donated to “Inner Hope” in your name, and you will be eligible for a tax-deductible receipt for the sale price.
